It does not connect to Netflix and HDMI. Not able to install some players even though I have on my phone. It only connects to Prime Video. Image quality poor. Poor sound quality. The inability to adjust the brightness.

Quick reception, sound problem is very stockings, we hear plus the fan as the movie, plus big problem on NetFlex, it frozen and does not work properly
